
A proud polyglot, a cultural ambassador, and a thought leader on global soft power, Pauline has a strong track record of analyzing macro trends, engaging multiple stakeholders, and developing deep relationships for collaborative opportunities on an international scale. She is a Board Member of KEY (Korea Europe & You), a Director of Japan Society of Hong Kong, and is also affiliated with Asia Society, Salzburg Global, Korea Foundation for Advanced Studies, and Australia-China Youth Dialogue.
In the realm of culture and creativity, Pauline led the arts innovation team at a top-ranked think tank in Hong Kong when she interviewed more than 100 stakeholders globally in the visual arts, performing arts, and the creative industries. She also launched a report on museum governance that featured international case studies on the Louvre, Tate, and Rijksmuseum, and presented her research on arts inclusion at a non-profit that serves people with disabilities. Last but not least, she has drawn on her Korean heritage to write about the soft power of K-pop, Korean film, and the Seoul Olympics.
