
Having graduated as a top student from Diocesan Girls' School, Princeton University, and Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, Pauline continues to be active in student award alumni communities as a former recipient of the Hang Seng Bank Scholarship for Overseas Studies (full merit-based scholarship for Princeton University), Sir Edward Youde Scholarship for Overseas Studies (full merit-based scholarship for Princeton University), Sir Edward Youde Memorial Medal (as the only Arts student to achieve 10 Distinctions in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination), Hong Kong SAR Government Scholarship (for outstanding academic results), South China Morning Post Student of the Year Awards (awarded the Grand Prize for all-round performance and excellence in diverse areas), Zonta Young Woman in Public Affairs Award (selected as International Winner), and accolades from the Sing Tao Interschool Debating Competition (awarded Champion as well as Best Debater in the Grand Final).
Pauline enjoys mentoring secondary students and has contributed to their personal and professional development by referring them for internships and helping them get into prestigious universities like Yale and Cambridge. Her passion for teaching has also led her to serve as Educator-in-Residence at Harvard-based ATWIN Education, a specialist in STEAM programs for children and youth. At the university level, Pauline's cases have been used in the local and final rounds of the HSBC HKU Asia Pacific Business Case Competition, the largest and most culturally diverse undergraduate case competition of its kind globally. A frequent speaker at conferences, she also teaches in the newly launched HKU Master in Family Wealth Management and in Executive Education programs at HKU Business School.
