Audrey Chow is the Hong Kong Chapter Lead of KEY Next Gen and a former debater in the Sing Tao Interschool Debating Competition (English Section), where she won Champion titles in 2020 and 2021 and was named Best Debater in 2021. A graduate of St. Paul’s Co-educational College, she read law at the University of Cambridge on the prestigious Prince Philip Scholarship and served as President of the Trinity Hall Law Society. She has also gained professional experience at KPMG and Latham & Watkins LLP. Currently pursuing the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at the University of Hong Kong, Audrey continues to explore the intersection of law, culture, and identity through public discourse and global cultural exchange.

Christine Ip

Christine Ip is a seasoned banker with more than 30 years of experience in consumer and corporate banking in Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, Singapore, United States, and Canada. She currently serves as Vice Chairman of Greater China at United Overseas Bank, which she joined in 2011. Prior to this, she was CEO and Executive Director of the China business at Australia and New Zealand Bank and Country Head of Consumer Banking in China at Standard Chartered Bank. Christine is also a passionate arts advocate. Under her leadership, UOB launched the UOB Art Academy in 2015, promoting arts education and appreciation to the general public in Hong Kong. She also serves on the Board of M+ Museum in the West Kowloon Cultural District, the council of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, the Board of the Hong Kong Arts Centre, and the Board of Governors of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Society.

JaeHoon Yoo

Yoo JaeHoon has had a distinguished career of more than 40 years in public service and international affairs, specializing in capital market development, financial policy, and international cooperation for developing countries. He most recently served as Chairman and President of the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation (KDIC) and an ex-officio Commissioner of the Financial Services Commission in South Korea. Yoo was also a member of the International Advisory Council (IAC) of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) from 2017 to 2022 and Director General and Controller of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) from 2016 to 2019. Yoo has a BA in economics and an MA in public administration from Seoul National University, and an MA (DEA) in international economics at Sciences Po. He graduated from the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA) in France. He obtained a PhD in economics from Kyonggi University in 2011.

Laurence Li BBS, SC, JP is a Senior Counsel at Temple Chambers, one of the city’s foremost barristers’ chambers. He practices commercial litigation with a focus on matters involving the financial markets and financial services. Educated at Yale and Harvard, Laurence was called to the New York State Bar in 1998 and to the Hong Kong Bar in 2006. Deeply committed to public service, he served as Chairperson of the Financial Services Development Council and has held key roles on other committees of the HKSAR Government. He is also a Fellow of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he advised the Jockey Club Design Institute for Social Innovation, and has served as a Court Member of Hong Kong Baptist University.

A native of Spain, Iñaki Amate is a senior business leader, entrepreneur, and advisor working at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and cross-border collaboration. Until the summer of 2025, he was a Partner at EY, where he led innovation and experience design initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, advising multinational corporations, governments, and fast-growing enterprises. Iñaki currently works as an advisor to multiple companies, including Bitdeer, and is actively involved in technology, infrastructure, and investment-driven ventures across Europe and Asia. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the European Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, following his tenure as Chairman, contributing to Europe-Asia dialogue.

Originally from Seoul, Viola Sangmin Shin is the Head of Rolemodel Entertainment Group (REG), the Hong Kong subsidiary of Korean entertainment powerhouse CJ ENM. A veteran in the K-pop industry, Viola has organized major concerts across Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, featuring artists such as BTS, TAEYEON, i-dle, Apink, SEVENTEEN, ZEROBASEONE, and MAMAMOO, among others. Her leadership was instrumental in bringing the world’s largest K-culture festival, KCON, and the premier K-pop awards show, the MAMA Awards, to Hong Kong. Viola has also played a key role in fostering collaborations between Chinese and Korean artists. She holds degrees from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and New York University.

Before moving to Hong Kong, Prof. Kim was a Professor at the Media School and the Director of the Institute for Convergence Culture, Hallym University, South Korea. Prof. Kim’s areas of research and teaching cover cinema and television, culture and creative industries, media policy and political economy, and global media. He was also elected as the President of the Korean Association for Public Diplomacy for 2025 and recently managed a five-year national research project modelling ICT developments in South Korea. Prof. Kim earned his PhD from Indiana University in Mass Communications, and his B.A. and M.A. from Korea University.

German-born Christian Pfordt is the Head of International Development at the TSL Football Foundation, serving as the team manager of TSL FC, currently Hong Kong's strongest women's football team, and driving grassroots football initiatives across Southeast Asia. With a passion for social impact through sport, he coordinates projects between Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland, Cambodia, and Saipan, as well as the Philippines - where the Foundation uses football to educate street children. Christian was previously a board member of Living Islands Movement, promoting sustainable development and local cultural activities in Hong Kong’s outlying islands. Rita Kung is the co-founder of Mystic Island Winery in Penglai, Shandong, China. Established in 2008, the winery has transformed a valley into a flourishing vineyard, creating employment opportunities for local farmers and nurturing young talents. Following the launch of its first vintage in 2019, the winery's villa and guest center opened in 2023, connecting wine, art, and music, and welcoming students to explore viticulture and nature conservation. Passionate about education, Rita also developed a bilingual comic book on ocean protection and volunteered in primary schools in the early years of her career. Rita's commitment to sustainability and social responsibility drives her mission at Mystic Valley today.

A finance veteran from South Korea, Jungho Rhee is Senior Advisor of Mirae Asset Securities Hong Kong (MASHK), having previously served as CEO of MASHK and Vice Chairman and Head of Global Business of Mirae Asset Securities.
