Since 2017, Pauline has made signature contributions to the evolving ecosystem for finance and innovation, notably during her tenure at the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau in the Hong Kong SAR Government, when she held responsibility for policies on fintech and facilitated the launch of a new listing regime for pre-revenue biotech companies and new economy firms with weighted voting rights structures.
A prolific writer, Pauline has published business case studies on Chinese multinational Lenovo and Singaporean sovereign wealth fund Temasek and leveraged her language skills to conduct research on tech unicorns such as Japan-based SmartHR and Korea-based Yanolja in addition to Hong Kong-based start-ups like GreenPrice.
More recently, she has taken part in consulting and editorial projects for central banks and financial institutions, advising on topics in financial policy and financial technology. Her professionalism, resourcefulness, and leadership have also allowed her to play a pivotal role as the Chief Curator of the Preface Technopreneur Program in Seoul.
